How to Register PAG-IBIG Membership Registration Online.

1. Go to https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/ or just click here.

Select MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION. See red box in the image below:

Register to PAG-IBIG or HDMF official site. Click "HDMF Online Registration System - Welcome Page - Pag-ibig". See image below.

2. Select the Register as New Member button. It has an option: (for prospective members and/or first time registrants of the fund and for Members issued a PAG-IBIG MID number only (No security Code)). 

Note: You can also edit your finished registration by selecting the second button "View Registration Information" and input the "TRACKING NO" or RTN you've received on your phone or commonly seen when you click "PRINT MDF" at the end of the transaction.

Click Continue button.

3. Fill-out the necessary information (Last, First and Middle Name and Date of Birth in this format (MM/DD/YYYY) e.g. 01/14/1994 is needed. Provide the information correctly especially inputs with red * asterisk. Then enter the code seen in the image. Please enter the code from the image. Doing so helps prevent automated programs from spamming the form or abuse this service.

Then Click Proceed.

Members Information: provide the necessary information correctly. Note: Use Maiden Name upon providing Mother's information. Click Next to proceed and BACK if you still need to edit preceded step.

Other Information: Complete the information correctly especially inputs in red * asterisk. Click Next to proceed and BACK if you still need to edit preceded step.

Address: Complete the information correctly especially inputs in red * asterisk. Click Next to proceed and BACK if you still need to edit preceded step.

CONTACT INFORMATION: Complete the information correctly especially inputs in red * asterisk. Note: Input your active number, the system will send a registration confirmation sms. Click Next to proceed and BACK if you still need to edit preceded step.

ADD your HEIRs by clicking "ADD HEIRS" link. Click Next to proceed and BACK if you still need to edit preceded step.

Complete the information correctly especially inputs in red * asterisk. Click Save.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY. See category in the image below.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY. Just click Add Employment Detail. Then click Next once done adding.

Read the Note from the image below. Then Click SUBMIT REGISTRATION button.

YOUR DONE!

You have successfully registered with the Fund via the HDMF Online Registration system.

4. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not forget to print your Member's Data Form (MDF) by clicking the "PRINT MDF" button below *see image below. If a printer is not available, you may save your enrollment form as an HTML file. Your MDF will serve as your proof of registration where you can locate the generated Registration Tracking Number (RTN) which is the reference number for the issuance of the Pag-IBIG MID number.

You may also edit your finished registration by clicking the MCIF button.

You will receive a text message confirming your registration together with your RTN.

Use the RTN when remitting your contributions while waiting for your Pag-IBIG ID No. If employed locally, submit your RTN to your HR unit to enable the number-based remittance of your contributions by your employer.

After 2 working days, you can verify your permanent Pag-IBIG ID Number by sending a text message with the following format,

IDSTAT <space>[RTN]<space><Birthdate MM/DD/YYYY>
Example : IDSTAT 912365478925 12/24/1979

System Error: Hindi ko naprint and MDF!
If system error occurred preventing your application to be printed, you need to go to the nearest PAG-IBIG branch.
